Boards & Committees

What is a Board or Committee?
It is a Committee, Commission, Board or other body established by a Council under the Municipal Government Act.  These Boards and Committees include:

a minimum of one Council member members of the Community at large members of specific organizations from the Community

All Committee members are valued for their ideas, vision and expertise that are required to move important Community projects forward.  Together, the combination of their expertise and knowledge in various fields are critical to the success of each Board and Committee. 

Committee appointments are made for a one year.
