Development/building in the County
All Ratepayers are advised that they are required to obtain a Development Permit before any building is commenced. If building has started before this application process has been approved, fines of up to $2,000.00 will be charged.

Gravel
All permanent residence in Cardston County are eligible for 10 yards free gravel, once every three years. You may purchase extra gravel at $10.00 per yard, plus G.S.T. The County will now be hauling gravel for Ratepayers and will charge for this services. Phone the County Office to see if you are eligible for the free gravel.

2008 Taxes
2008 Tax Notices will be mailed by May 30, 2008. Please watch for your Notice. All taxes must be paid before June 30, 2008. On July 1, 2008 a 5% penalty will be applied to all current taxes.
